We offer the following payment options for paying your assessments and other charges

Recurring ACH Debit

Have your payment automatically debited from your account each billing period and never worry about due dates. There is no additional charge for this service.

Complete & submit an ACH form with a voided check.

PAY online

Visit the banks payment portal at https://propertypay.firstcitizens.com

Pay by E-Check using your bank account information for free. Paying with a Credit Card incurs a processing fee charged by the bank.

To complete the online transaction you will need the following information:

  • Management ID: 7065
  • Association ID:
  • Account #:

Your banks web bill pay

Enter the payment information as you normally would to pay any bill. Please ensure:

  • Payment is made payable to your ASSOCIATION (not the management firm)
  • Your account # is included on the check
